The SEPTA Youth Advisory Council is an independent 501(c)(3) non-profit founded in 2009 with a mission to advocate for better transit on behalf of the young people in Southeastern Pennsylvania. Our goal is to foster an environment where public transit is the preferred method of transportation among young people.
